We appreciate how important it is to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible. All of our delivery destinations and estimated delivery times are listed below. 

Please, note that perfumes are considered hazardous good due to its alcohol content; therefore, international delivery are currently suspended.

Our UK and international deliveries are operated by DHL UK.

DELIVERY 

Next day delivery is free for UK (mainland only). Some delays are expected due high service demand.

For international customers, our international delivery costs vary between the countries, according to volume and distance. 

DELIVERY TIMES

 UK: Deliveries may take between 1-3 days.

Once your order has been completed and transferred to a carrier, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number which can be used to track your order directly online.

DELIVERY ZONES

UK: mainland England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland only. For delivery to British Isles please contact costumer service.

*Please note we are currently unable to ship to Reunion Island, Guadeloupe Island, Canary Islands, Funchal Island, Cyprus, Malta and Norway.

*Brexit: European countries may charge an import tax at costumes border check. We do not cover that cost.

*We do not accept any responsibility for orders delivered to third party addresses, freight forwarders, hotels, etc. Our obligation is to deliver to the base address you select, if there are special arrangements beyond this street address, we will not accept any responsibility for additional charges.
